INTERVENTIONS CARRIED OUT

BUILDING RENOVATION:

- refurbishment of floors, false ceilings and toilets on all floors;

- reorganisation of interior spaces on some floors;

- supply and assembly of furniture;

- ex-novo realisation of the electrical installation on the individual office floors;

- rebuilding the automatic fire detection and warning system from scratch;

- installation of external solar filtering blinds on the south side;

- refurbishment of the heating and air-conditioning system;

- refurbishment of the building's mechanical ventilation system;

- Renovation of the sanitary water system and hot water production.
